TV Go Home TV Posted Thu Nov 8 17:56:58 GMT 2001 by 'Brie'

I may be running the risk of sounding a bit thick here, but in the Unnovations thread, someone says that the TV version of TVGH starts on the 16th November. My Radio Times says it doesn't.

Who's right?

Will it be on good old manly terrestrial telly, or effeminate gay-fagboy cable for queer gays?

AFAIK, 16th November PlayUK, then weekly.

TVGH: the latter (on E4, so you'll need an effeminate gay-fagboy digital thing).

Fingers crossed manly terrestrial C4 might want to pick it up in the New Year.

Hope so, because we've had fun making it and I think it shows.

Charlie - you're only supposed to use the phrase "a lot of fun making it" in the past tense!

I had a look at the TVGH book the other day, and I thought it was quite poor, even though I liked TVGH itself (until recent months).

What's the point of doing a Daily Mail parody written by the DM-Islanders, when the premise of DMI was actually that they had no access to media other than the regular DM itself?

Having no access to the media doesn't preclude them from making a paper themselves, does it? Anyway, it's a good excuse to do a parody of the Mail. Did really like the 'I hope they burn the little whore' cartoon.
