How to be a Complete Bastard, the board game Posted Tue Sep 4 15:44:02 BST 2001 by 'Peter O'

I just saw this in a charity shop, i.e. a board game of some kind derived from the mediocre celebrity cash-in book written on behalf of Ade Edmondson by top crap comedy book hacks Leigh and Lepine. It looked quite fascinating, but I couldn't bring myself to take it up to the counter because there was such a nice old lady serving and it had "Bastard" written on it in big letters. An opportunity missed. It had funny things written on the back like "All proceeds will go to Live Ade (Edmonson)" and so on.

how to be a complete bastard (the book) was ok but the complete bastards book of the worse was terrible, i didnt like bachelor boys or neils book of the dead either, or any comedy books really, except a few bits from harry enfields wad and peeps (anything involving stavros or lance) and the python books. the bok being my favourte.

The Goodies ones are brilliant.

BTW whatever became of Leigh and Lepine? They had the christmas stocking filler market sewn up. Do they still mastermind things like the Little Voodoo Kit, or the like?

The photos of Charles Bronson's acting range are a paticular favourite.

Actually, no bullshit, I've got the board game in one of the many boxes cluttering up my place, awaiting removal. Anyone interested?

Wellll... bits in books called 'How to cut off someone's balls without them noticing' were hilarious to this 14 year old at the time... and our English teacher as well, oddly...

Did anyone play it?
On the speccy.
You were having a house party and had to get up to bastardly mischief.
Like eating curry in the kitchen until your fartometer filled up,and then clearing the hallway!!
Also you found a spectrum in the bedroom and if you chose the option "reset the computer" your game crashed and wasted hoursworth of gameplay. What a complete bastard!! anyway...

Did anyone ever read Pamela Stephensons "How to be a complete Bitch"?

I'm sure a few people read Lepine and Leigh's "How To Be A Complete Bitch". Pamela looked awfully nice in the photographs, mind you.

I've got a Not book with a photo of her showing her bra, it's the American Express joke, tell you man, that got me through adolesence.

Much rarer is How To Be A Real Man by Julian Clary and Lepine and Leigh. It's not very good.

It has Jules in a feathery dress. Which Pamela Stephenson might look good in. Maybe.

Did you see Scandalous on Channel 5 on monday? Pam looked incredibly sexy in that. But then again so did Jim Dale.

I used to have Diana Annual 1964 in which there was a photo of Pammie in a ballet outfit, in New Zealand. She was about 10, I think. Brass Eye Special, anyone?

How much rarer? I've got that, and if I could sell it for a large amount I happily would.
