i can't remember what its called. two words. packed lunch? I don't know. I accidentally watched about 10 minutes of an episode last night and was awestruck by how really really terrible it was. Is the word "cock" still rude in Wales? This really was worse than Bruiser, and I don't think anyone involved will go on to win the Perrier (im sure i recognise that garth chap from bruiser. i have an episode of it on tape later because the celebrity wee with the man in the blue sequin jacket made me giggle).

How do these people manage to get on TV? I can't believe that they are naturally funny people in real life. I've got a video me and a friend made when we were 10 of us setting fire to newspaper houses with teddy bears inside and it's funnier than this. We smashed a plate once, with a hammer. and sang a song about crabs, or fish sticks, or something. But my point IS, how did this show get greenlit?

keen eyed observers will have noticed it has an on-screen logo saying "Lucky Bag" displayed throughout the show!

i think it was produced through a devolved scheme of making shows from the "regions." There is to be a new series sometime.

BBC Wales really don't have a clue about anything. They use Max Boyce as v/o on all the trailers, for chrissakes. Lucky Bag is indeed total shite, plugged to death when it's on - see also a line running from Satellite City to Ryan and Ronnie... eech.

...don't count Telefant in that lot though. That really was top stuff.

HTV don't do anything good either, apart from Barry Welsh Is Coming.

I'm still amazed at the quality of HTV's Barry Welsh promo on their web page. It is to their eternal credit. What other ITV region makes programmes of that quality any more?

Please god no! I saw it for a matter of minutes last night and it was enough to get me foaming at the mouth. Luckily blackadder was on UK Gold a think to calm me down a bit.

I fucking hope not. It had that fat bloke with longish hair off the thing about the football team who win the lottery and argue with their wives about it. i liked him in that, but now i want to punch him.
