i thought emo phillips was an odd looking wierdo with a silly voice, who is this guy on the tv with a sensible haircut looking a bit like data from star trek?

His act is very interesting as he understands that a lot of the audience are there for the old Emo, so he starts the act with the same mannerisms, squeaky voice etc but then as he gets into the act they get less pronounced.
Still one of the best stand-ups I have ever seen.
