Who would you target in a spoof mock-up show? Posted Sun Jul 22 01:46:02 BST 2001 by 'Anthony'

I'll tell you who I would target:
Jamie Oliver
Gaby Roslin
Norman Wisdom
Tony Blair
Jeremy Spake

They all deserve a good culling right?

And give them free publicity, and have to be in the same room as them. No thank you.

dom joly
ali g
victor lewis smith
any local radio dj who does prank phone calls
(ie all of them)

give them a taste of their own medicine, chris morris would obviously be the best one to get but i doubt you could.

Erm who would want to get Chris Morris.

I agree about Dom Joley tho.

Shame about Paul Kaye being really crap now, when he was Dennis Pennis, he was amazing!

According to Dom Joly in the Independent the other day (though he may have been havin' a bid of fun) Mark Thomas was once invited to a discussion of some kind with Chris Morris, and was just about smart enough to work out that he was going to be hoaxed, and so turned up with hidden cameras, etc. So they both sat there and filmed each other for a laugh and then pissed off home again. Has any more reliable record of this event survived or been broadcast or something?

i'd like it Beadle claimed that Bill Hicks wasn't really dead, but working for an advertising agency. He needed the money. Beadle then targeted:
aphex twin
vonnegut jr.
lee and herring
the monty python crew
gary shandling
for their comments.
This might be even more hilarious if every now and then, when asking a question, he made his voice go 'a bit funny'.
