Howdy y'all!

I'm in a cyber cafe as I needed to retrieve a phone number from my e-mail. Just though I'd check up on you all from the Big Apple, which although bloody freezing, is pretty fantastic.

For five bucks, you can get *15* hours of access at Easy Everything in Times Square.
Something very unfair about the amount we get charged in the UK...

Snow storm is arriving tomorrow. Apparently there's going to be at _least_ a foot of snow in 24 hours, so I expect New Year in Times Square will be spent with chattering teeth and soggy feet.

Mmm, New Year in my flat will be like that - well, not soggy feet...I'll have to plug in the radiator TODAY and give it a chance to warm up.

Thanks to a 'contact' my friends and I got right into the middle of all the action, which was nothing short of a miracle!

New Year in New York was an experience, but Edinburgh does it *much* better.
