Hmm, coursework or exams.... Nope, it's coursework every time. Unless you're one of those freaks who enjoys exams. At least with coursework you get to cheat.

Those are the only type I have done in the last 3 years! Yay. But you can't just waffle in those, unlike arts subjects.

I meant this figuratively of course. It's actually a quotation from a film. Trouble is - I can't remember which one.
PS - it's perfectly possible to waffle in maths or science - you should have seen some of my old exam papers...

The good thing about the humanities is that frequently there's no "right" answer. Hooray for historical interpretation, eh folks?

It's just motivation...
I'm meant to be working on it now, but I'm mailing you and posting here instead, which isn't hugely productive.

Exams are better than coursework. Stay up all night memorising your notes, then just splurge them out from your brain all over the paper, carefully referring to the question a few times as you do so, and waffling a bit.
Worked for me...

that is the way of exams, and why they're so great.
pesky government messing up the works by introducing coursework into the curriculum, then teachers all giving it to you at the same time, 3 weeks before the end of term then putting "lazy, does not allocate time well" on everyone's reports when people complain that we can't get it all done in the time...
rant over.
give me physics, maths, chemistry, biology exams any day.
stupid religious studies. The only reason people did it was because it was compulsary - consequently blocking off one of my chosen GCSE options. What a waste of time.
A levels were marginally better - at least I didn't have to do RE, and I could concentrate on sciences.
uni is even better - we don't have to sign in and out of places now and we don't have a babysitter in our study areas to ensure we work.
