Skellington isn't really a joke, I've been saying it that way for about 5 years, anybody who knows a Cockney picks up these awful traits, as well as saying Frankingstein, even when you live in North Wales like me. I will however not come round to their way of saying 'brought' this from the shop, instead of bought.

I think it was probably their finest hour. It's only about once in a career that spans that length of time, that most people can have claimed to have pulled something like that off. But between the two (or three - depending if you include all participants) of them they managed to get it to work upwards of four times. Admittedly the last one didn't have the staying power, or possibly, the rigidity of the first few, but I would argue that, in many ways it was perhaps the best. I know I am biased because that was the one that lead to the spin-offs, but there was something unplanned about it, that I think many people marvelled at.
You couldn't say any of this about, say, Jenny Powell, or even Sandi Toksvig. They just don't make 'em like that any more!
