Carol Decker from T'Pau, talking about one of their videos on "Top Ten of 1987". Made me laugh, anyway. And got me wondering...does anyone know of any other ridiculous pop video excesses? Rare exotic reptiles, aircraft carriers, that sort of thing.

Supposedly MSP had a load of alsatians in one of their videos, to recreate a scene from the film 'Exterminating Angel'. The scene in the film actually features sheep, but they didn't want any jibes about their Welsh background.
Also, the video for 'Die Laughing' by Therapy? featured actual mentally-ill people, bussed in from a nearby asylum.
