Sky One are bringing it back? - but why bother?
Surely this will lead to another set of "it'll be alright on the night" clips with people saying Orgasm instead of organism?
But it was funny, the first time

Are you sure they're not just doing a retrospective of Seventies Glam ROck band, Sweet?

I dont know what they are doing.
But someone has big ideas at Sky One - good luck to them I say - they'll need it if they want to shake off that old image of cheap American imports and sex shows, not saying there is anything wrong with the latter type of programming...

Considering the crap Sky 1 consists of, Blockbusters will do wonders for their ratings.

I take it you are not a Sky fan, and most likely not a Sky owner.
Nevermind mate, once they turn off ya old terrestrial services youll understand.
Thrown away that BetaMAX yet?

Er.... Sky's biggest non-sport commission about five years ago was Blockbusters, but with Bob Holness. They picked it up after Central dropped it.
Didn't have Sky at the time, but I remember the ads on the buses.

Oh come on! Without The Simpsons would anyone watch Sky One?

Richard Herring / Al Murray / Harry Enfield fans?

Actually, the Enfield fans probably prefer not to watch...

My housemate wrote her MA thesis on Star Trek. Sky One was invaluable.

Sky One...

I don't generally go for American sitcoms, but Malcolm in the Middle isn't half bad. Sort of like the first couple of series of Third Rock.

Futurama was on Sky One months before C4 got it.

I'm all Simpsoned out at the moment. It's on so often, including BBC2 that I often can't be arsed to watch it..
