TV Years continues its trawl through the time that taste forgot with an irreverent look at programmes through the electric '80s that gripped us by the shoulder-pads and made us choke on our Beaujolais Nouveau.

TV Years - 1982 takes us through a time when ET ruled the box office, but you'd be forgiven for thinking the aliens had moved onto the streets, for it was also a time when the hit show Fame was at the forefront of the leg-warmers and leotards fitness craze. Dishy Dermot O'Leary reveals that no-one was immune to the wonder of the hot-stepping high school and reprises a few of his favourite songs from the series, whilst Debbie Allen (Lydia) explains why 'Fame costs�'
