Anyone got a spare $2500? You can buy the domain www.thames.tv if you want, maybe put up a site dedicated to subversive undermining of CARLtON television or ever register www.carltonisshite.tv

They could probably take court action to force you to hand the domain name over. Though they may have to go to Tuvalu (I think that's where .tv names originate) to fight the case!

They can only get it back though if you've taken it in attempts to mislead people. If you were doing a Carlton related sight with a Carlton related domain, you'd probably get away with it.
