As far as Davies goes though, Henfield was just a straight replacement. He's almost identical.

The kid was too young to drive that sassy womb-shaped automobile. He must have hotwired it and ramraided a stripey shirt shop.

I saw him (Henfield) in The Lass o Gowrie, a while back, drinking beer and surrounded by lovely young ladies. He disappeared for a short time around 9.30, only to return and carry on boozin'.
On arriving home and watching something I had taped, i realise his break from the boozer was to away and read the news! Great man!
