No, you're just wrong. Pinky and the Brain is wasted on American kids when it is so clever. Even more so is Anamaniacs. I remember one line in P&TB where someone said "I advised Nixon to go for the sweaty vote in 1960" - referring to Nixons' TV debate with Kennedy.

I remember a Pinky and the Brain show in which Joyce DeWitt became president. Fab!

"... but if they called them Sad Meals nobody would buy them."

WHEN ARE PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM GOING TO STOP ASSUMING ANYTHING CLEVER IS TOO CLEVER FOR AMERICANS? THEY'RE THE ONES MAKING THIS STUFF, WE'RE THE IDIOTS MAKING 'ATTACHMENTS' AND 'GIMME GIMME GIMME'.

ps Jon, IMHO Pinky and the Brain is very amusing... but maybe the one you saw was cack. It varies

All right, it's too intelligent for kids. Does that make more sense?

The people who make it are clever. But some Yanks are so stupid. Saying that, some people from the UK are a bit thick too!

obviously..everywhere has thick & intelligent people which clearly includes this forum.
And I think the intention, as subbes said, was just that it's wasted on kids which it is.
