Even though the United News and Media companies are to transfer to Granada Media in a few months, they have redesigned their websites:

http://www.meridiantv.co.uk
http://www.htvwales.com
http://www.htvwest.com

Notice that while on the Anglia and Meridian websites it says: A UNITED NEWS AND MEDIA COMPANY. On HTV's websites, it just says 'HTV BROADCASTING 2000'. There's no mention of UNM!

Wake up! Three things.

1. HTV is officially still part of UNM and will be part of Granada Media until it's sold elsewhere.

2. You didn't look close enough. Go into HTV West's website, for example, and you'll see at the bottom of the "@HTV West" section the words "HTV is a United News & Media company".

3. It is only the two HTV websites that have just been updated: Meridian's and Anglia's have been like this for some time.

Sorry to keep the argument going, but there's no mention of UNM on the HTV WALES site, even at the bottom of @HTV WALES it just says: (c) HTV WALES BROADCASTING - HTV IS A MEMBER OF THE ITV NETWORK.
