Other 11OClock Show Spin-Offs

"Stupid Old People Saying Knobcheese" (TalkBack/Channel 4)
Danny Bhoy goes up to people in the street and gets them to say rude euphenisms. A bit like Chris Morris years ago, but with all the charm and jokes removed. (Starts Channel 4, 9 November)
"Paul Garner Gets Beaten Up"
(TalkBack/Channel 4)
Each week, Paul goes to a pub and says to people that they smell of horseshit. In part two, we find him in casualty, where he asks the nurses if they have any invisible stretchers or triangular faces. At all times, he wears around his neck a cassette recording of some of his stuff from Chris Morris's 1994 show, to prove that he's worth chancing. (Begins Channel 4, December.)
"Ricky Gervais Isn't Very Good At All"
(TalkBack/Channel 4)
Ironically titled, designed to ward off people who might criticise it as a doomed cross between Andrew Dice Clay and Phill Jupitus (fat cunt laughs at poofs and starving Africans). It'll get badly reviewed by anyone of discernment, but never mind - he'll put all his bad reviews on the back cover of the accompanying live video "Ricky Gervais Says Bender A Lot" (rated 18, £13.99) in a mistaken attempt to believe that he can pass off his boorish incompetence as some microscopic form of merit. (Produced by someone called Morris, but not Chris Morris. Someone else.)

"Daisy Does Bachelors"
(Talkback/C4)
Amusingly-titled "comedy-documentary" in which Daisy Donovan talks to a load of bachelors, apprently (actual show).
"Daisy Does Bachelor Party"
(Warner Bros)
Misconceived remake of the rubbish US video hit of the mid-80s, with Daisy playing the stripper at a rubbish American stag party.
"Daisy Does Animal Farm"
(Off The Wrist Films/BFI)
Hideous underground porn, rightly illegal.

I heard a rumour from a friend who knows some contributors to the 11OCS that after Iain Lee made a joke about Daniella Westbrook's coke-holed conk, he received death threats on his mobile phone. He laughed this off but then the caller told him detailed information about where he and his girlfriend live. Brown-trouser time and IL checks into hotel, escorted by a coterie of minders.
I like to think it was Chris Morris who made that call.

Sorry if I'm re-ploughing an old furrow here, but does anyone recall Iain Lee's shambolic appearance on They Think It's All Over? Halfway through the show, Gary Linneker turned to him and said "Who ARE you??". A priceless moment.

"Not The 11'O'Clock Show"
Each week, two members of the public, and a special celebrity guest, sit at a desk and make weak, 'offensive' jokes about Iain Lee for 30 minutes. Then they show how cutting edge they are by tying Iain to a chair, and cutting his ear off, just like that film, Reservior Dogs.

Iain Lee has a girlfriend? I think you've been had.
Anyhow, wasn't 11OCS over before the DW nose story went public?
