My friend and I. Half been debating this; my occidential opinion is that the Cyan proportion simply _must_ be from 20-25 in per centage, but. No my friend is of the misled assumance that in fact Cyan's per centage can not be more, than 15 per cent. Since that you are a that-which-is-called 'TV Forum' perhaps, you can aid me and my acquaintance in our miniature, yet troubling, dispute.

There is NO cyan in it all. It looks like Pantone 0987 to me, mixed with a little Pantone 0977,
