No.
No.

Yes.
I was going through some videos the other day, trying to catalogue them in an anally retentive way, and stumbled across some Comedy Nation stuff I hadn't seen in ages.
A lot of it isn't funny.
Some of it is.
(specific to the 2nd series, since that's what I was watching):
Shelagh Martin has jokes that are worthy of I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue in their awfullness, yet with some unusual twists (the coded bees).
The Buller stuff, by and large, is poor, though the concept of them running a wool shop amused me.
The Pod certainly had it's moments; the tale of Caripoti the Monkey always amused me, as did the idea of releasing music as a virus.
League Against Tedium was almost out of place, in as much as he was already well liked. Munnery's material here was good as always.
Divine David can be hastily skipped over
Peepolykus were truly awful, though their performance arts/circus style of comedy does work well on the stage and I've really enjoyed their stuff in the past.
Comedy Nation had it's moments.
There was a similar series more recently on BBC Choice, which, from the few I saw, was genuinely awful.
I really liked The Pod, and I enjoyed their Radio 1 show too.
i liked the pod too. but i also had a soft spot for electric eel - their sketch with two guys in a diy shop who end up kissing was wonderful. and they have no respect for the fourth wall.
j xxx
I liked Alcupoco Avenue.
The first series of Comedy Nation featured a computer-animated slug based on the features of (and voiced by) Kevin Eldon. This same slug often pops up on C4's pathetic 4Later stuff. Same graphics company, obviously.
Curiously they did a rubbish parody of Jaaaaaam as part of this strand.
