ALT-TV: Play In A Week

Did anyone see this? It seemed to run over-time (no credits, etc), but - just before we faded out - Victor Lewis Smith's 'Associated Rediffusion' logo came up, followed by the caption 'Oops!!!'.
Any explanations?
