Anyone know why Radio Times didn't list this as a movie when it obviously was (well, it was released in the cinema)- what reason could they have for that?
I think because it's made by BBC Films, and got such a universal slating when it came out over two years ago. The film review would have looked very odd if DP or whoever had given it four stars. So they listed it as a full-length black comedy or whatever.
I thought it might be something like that - the BBC protecting it's own productions.
I still bet no one watched it though. I didn't.

Or what about Mayall and Brian Glover playing chess in The Slaughtered Lamb (An American Werewolf In London). A film somewhere between pretty and very good.
