Tony Hawks repeats himself

On last nights Head On Comedy with Jo Bland, Tony Hawks talked about the pleasures of being a parent while opposing the motion 'This house wants to stay young'. It sound remarkably similar to his speech on Radio 4's 'The Motion Show' about ' This house wants to be a parent'. Can he sue himself?
Still, his skateboarding game on the Dreamcast is quite good...(D'you see?)
