Cosgrove Hall's finest...

I hope you've all checked out the latest classic childrens' TV releases in your local video store. I was delighted to snap up two volumes of "Chorlton and the Wheelies" plus a single volume of "Jamie and the Magic Torch" yesterday, each at the very good value price of £6.99.
Better still, on reviewing them last night, I found to my great pleasure that each tape starts with a Thames TV ident. Surprising, considering they are on a Pearson TV label. Don't get too excited - there aren't any end production captions for Thames - but still it's fantastic to be able to buy tapes with a classic ident at the start.
Plus, Chorlton's just great - "ecky thump", Fenella the witch speaking in a strangulated Welsh accent "acchee-feee" or whatever. Excellent entertainment value.
I wonder if the Dangermouse tape has Thames at the start as well?

Cosgrove Hall, of course, make *no* money whatsoever from these retail videos, having handed over their programme library a few years ago in return for Pearson's "assistance" in bailing them out (i.e. downsizing the workforce). CG are just getting back on their feet, though.
Cheerio

Does anyone happen to know who currently owns the rights to Cosgrove Hall's 'Captain Kremmen' cartoons?
Moreover, does anybody on this forum have a copy of 'Kremmen The Movie'?

I *believe* it's Pearson TV. But I'm not sure. I'll look into it...
