Leicester Man Wins Right To Eat Sister

In the Edit News section on The Day Today, it was suggested that the man in the passport photo was a young Chris Morris. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it, or didn't it used to be, illegal to conceal "Distinguishing Marks" on passport photos? Not only does the man in the photo have no birthmark, he also has clear skin, and looks feck-all like Chris Morris. To me, it looks more like Peter Baynham, or whoever it was who presented "Gay Desk" as Colin Poppshed.

When I first saw that photo I was convinced it was a young Steve Coogan (the glasses are a give away - steve coogan wears glasses you know) it REALLY looks like him....
YEP, just checked it again on the 'edit news' bit. DEFINITELY COOGAN!!!!

It is DEFINITELY Steve Coogan. Why didn't I notice that before. Coogan and Baynham have similar lips, I suppose.
