>Who are the annoncers who we hear doing trails for just about every tv channel in the UK? For example people like Nick Jackson, who do they work for, and what do they look like?

He introduced a TVS game show 'Concentration'...it lasted on series! He used to do voice overs on trailers for TVS, but was never a duty announcer.

Which one? The very deep sounding one? She used to be on C4 (and occasionally crops up there now and then) but also does VOs for a lot of BBC TWO shows and other things.

Dunno...does her voice get you going? She used to do voice overs on trailers for TVS and Meridian.
yes, i just wondered if she looked as sexy as she sounded!
Susan Bookbinder on R5 has the same effect
What about Joanna Rice who does the HTV weather....its getting very hot in here!

I saw her do a forecast on HTV in a tight leopard skin top - Bet Lynch meets Anneka Rice. Her opening line was 'brollies up and down like nobody's business today!
And now she has been roiped in to doing that Sunday afternoon pan-regional forecast on Meridian (the forecast that's recorded in HTV's studios!)
It's NOT recorded at HTV West in Bristol....the weather on HTV and Meridian's Sunday evening Pan-regional forecast (as well as a number of other regional ITV forecasts including the Central ones) are in fact sourced from WSI (Weather Services Internatiuonal) in Birmingham!
Oops! Stand corrected.
