I agree, it's a fantastic site.
Radio haha is indeed a fantastic site, but is nothing to do with sotcaa...
Go and visit it ...
Didn't think so. I'll work out who they are, though. Just as soon as I find a tape of those TMWRNJ credits.
Oooh, lovely site. It's got a bit about "Elastic Planet."
From the "On The Hour" article:
"The other writers (alongside the core of Morris and the non-appearing Iannucci, Lee and Herring) were Steven Wells, Andrew Glover and David Quantick, the last of whom is now a noted music and pop-culture journalist."
Poor Steven Wells! Just a grumpy old punk, then?
To be honest, Swells doesn't really talk that much about music though does he - he's just NME's resident ranter. Enjoy his mad comments though, and he always livens up the letters when he edits them, even though he seems to hate Right-wing and Left-wing Conservatives/Socialists/Liberalists about as much as each other. Perhaps he's getting a bit mad in his old age.
Hiya kids. Well, there's nothing like being talked about for prompting a delurk, is there? Glad you appreciate my attempt at a website, anyway. No, I'm not a Corpse or in anything you could call an industry, although I'm back in a university now (and in fact spend so long there that I haven't got round to updating the FAQ in a year and a half. Or moving the site off Angelfire. Or posting anything to this forum before now, despite being desperately curious as to how *exactly* those apples in 'Breakfast Serials' were forced out of hiding).
Elastic Planet -- yes indeed. Vastly underrated series. Ben Moor's mind goes to a lot of places there are no maps for.
Steven Wells -- the apparent slight on his abilities results from me not having bothered to find out who he is. What else has he done? More to the point, does anyone know who Andrew Glover is?
Can we all write to the BBC saying 'elastic planet released on cassette please'?
Do it now.
