Bikes

Although I have not ridden seriously, that is to say in a competition, I do ride my bike to work and back every day. This covers about 12 miles (both ways) and because of my cycling I am exceedingly fit and healthy. I think sporting occasions like The Tour De France encourage cycling and I think it's a great pity that more people don't cycle. I don't think anyone could fail to notice that nearly all the cars used only have one person in them. This is a disgrace and absolute disgrace. I'd like to see a law brought in prohibiting one person to travel alone in a car. I won't be easy and they're bound to be objections but I think some compromise could be reached in time. Perhaps the government might consider closing certain roads to cars and lorries and have them strictly for the cyclist. We need to protect our environment and our children from these deadly fumes. Therefore I say, lets have more programmes for cyclists there's plenty for car owners. I say more cycling on television and more programmes about cycling. They are thousands of cycling clubs up and down the country but there are no programmes to promote our delightful pastime. I also think that wife swapping and swinging should be encourage, seriously. I'd like to see a bit more life in people and I think this is the perfect way to achieve it. My wife and I are already in the 'scene' so I know what I'm talking about. There's nothing I like better than to ride my bike follwed by the neighbour. This isn't, as some people may think, sick it's just an alternative lifestyle.
