I find all this rumour-mongering about JS distasteful. Whatever he supposedly does while opening children's hospitals, he's not hurting a living soul and he HAS done a lot of good work in his life. If you're going to spread this kind of baseless rumour, do it about Iain "Sticky Fingers" Lee.

You were going so well... then you threw it away by endorsing the whole thing.

Can The Corpses get sued for all this stuff, by the way?

I did say "baseless" rumour. Anyway, nothing Iain "Cow & Gate" Lee does in his personal life could be more offensive than 4 series of ... that show.
It seems to have been established that *ISPs* are responsible if they do not take reasonable care to prevent and remove defamatory posts.
See http://slashdot.org/articles/00/03/30/0631246.shtml
I don't think it would apply to a web forum, necessarily.

It all makes sense! Jimmy is guilt ridden into charity work.

Has no one ever questioned the inspiration behind Rob Newman's dedication to benefit gigs?
