Something odd in Heartburn Hotel...

In last weeks Heartburn Hotel, shortly after the lift has come crashing down and Dougie and that other bloke have put a skeleton they've found into a bin liner, Dougie tells other bloke to take the skeleton upstairs and to "concentrate". He then presses the 'call lift' button (the joke being it's just fallen through the floor) and quite audibly someone said "He's calling the lift". It didn't sound like one of the cast, or like it was scripted. It sounded like a man in the audience explaining what Other Bloke was doing. How sensitive ARE the microphones that record laugh tracks? Or was it a member of crew? Anyone know? Any ideas???

I noticed that too!
I just assumed it was dougie talking in the "imaginary third person tense" like people do sometimes. It did sound totally out of place though..
