Is Francis Wilson on drugs? His pupils seem very dilated on Sky News. And he grinds to a halt in the middle of every third sentence.
Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo laid back.

Haven't watched Sky News for a good year, but I remember as well as Francis "Mad" Wilson they had a woman called Hazel who every time, even when they'd introduce her with a question like "so what's the weather gonna be like for the cup final?", would be guarenteed to start with "'ello" and launch straight into the forcast.
