I saw this pilot being recorded a couple of months ago - for Radio 4 - and it was the most refreshing, downright funniest show I've heard for ages. It's by Mat 'George Dawes' Lucas and his partner david Walliams, and Tom Baker was also in it, as was the guy who did the curious orange on TMWRNJ. The pilot is apparently going to be broadcast in R4 in August. It's going to kick the rest of comedy into touch. Oh, and it's got Marjory Dawes in it.

I was at the pilot for this too and it was fantastic; it seems like they've finally managed to get a decent editor to curb some of the usual self-indulgent pap they get bogged down with......it really was very good....

It was really good- pity Tom Baker wasn't there in the flesh.
