Silly Suiii!
Tis is a box, a musical box, wound up and ready to play.
But this box can hide a secret inside.
Can you guess what is in it today?
Cardinal "no... not the net!" Biggles
I remember the opening sequence you mention, but I have no recollection of the programme.
Does that help?
Thanks Suiii for the info. One day some advert for Chocolate liquers will use the theme Im looking out for, or Chris Evans will adopt the tune for an unamusing segment on TFI.Then it might appear on a compilation of obscure theme tunes along with the signiture tune of Lift off With Ayshea!

I remember this well - I wonder what Alan Rothwell's doing these days, other than playing "the father who receives tragic news about his daughter who's just been mown down in a RTA" in Casualty once a year?
Yep, defienetly remember the programme. We used to all get trooped into the TV room at school on a Monday morning (I was 5yrs old - that was 20 years ago! no VCR at that time), then would see the ITV Schools & Colleges clock (there was some reasonable muzak for them), and then it came on.....it usually contained a short film about friends or something, but yep, definetely remeber the show.....that image....and the music...
Alan Rothwell turned up in the two-part Queer As Folk earlier this year as a wedding guest. Otherwise...
