The Day Today Mininews Downloads

I downloaded the first Day Today Mininews from the site, but when I tried to run it Realplayer refused to play it - the only reason it gave me was "A General Error Has Occured". Gee, thanks RealNetworks!
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is it just me? And what does it mean by a "general error"?

General error could mean anything - have you got the latest version from their site?
I honestly don't know what to suggest without a bit more info ... if you can email a bit more info I'll try and help...

One thing I have noticed with Real files is that the Windows Media Player (which is looking increasingly rather like the Real player) keeps trying to take them over and makes a pig's ear of the whole process. Make sure it is the Real Video program which is attemting to play them.
