weekend itv sucks captain, get sky digital or go down the pub or somthing.
or just go down the pub
On Saturday evenings of late, I've found solace wandering around Battersea indecently exposing myself to wildlife...
Saturday nite tv, it ain't just pants, it's pants filled with excrement, which probaly explains why I spend more time online than watching television.
Look at what they've got though! ITV for example
Guinness Records - been on since about 1543.
You've been Framed - since the mid-80's. Feels like the 1880's...
Blind Date - mid-80's again.
Stars In Their Eyes - guess...
Makes you want to go back to the good ol'days, eh?
A Question Of Pop - fabulous idea to just remake A Question Of Sport with very very little difference in style (same theme music, graphics, set, probably audience) or content. Did they think we might not notice or something?
>Here I am, at home on a saturday night, why do you think tv bosses think we need to watch such greats like Blind Date, Stars In Their Eyes and You've Been Framed?
>
>these tv programs must be the most un-original, cheesey cheap tack that tv has to offer - why can't we have some quality tv. these tried and tested formats are getting so long in the tooth.
>
>i suppose we can only be greatful that they decided to cancel The Gladiators, i can only hope they do the same think with the above programs.
>
>what i want to ask is, what makes people watch these programs? this must be the only reason why they've been on our screens for so long - i can think of no other (well apart from cheap to make)
>
>
>it's because stupid sad fuckers still watch them that's why there still on air
