Well apparently when she was writing Mirrorball she could 'feel the Ab Fab characters vying for her attention', whatever that's meant to mean.
Also, Jane Horrocks won't play Bubble in it, but Yitta, her character in Mirrorball.

It's all rather odd in my opinion.

The thing is, I thought it was alright. With the benefit of a copy of the 'Girls on Top' episode 'Cancel Toast' and any 'Filthy, Rich & Catflap' you may start to see where Saunders is coming from.

It doesn't all boil down to AbFab. And anything with a half-decent Derek Jarman joke is worth a gamble.
